购买信息：Pro 永久购买由 Apple 的 App Store 处理。下载 Pro 内容时，应用会向服务器发送 Apple 签名的交易凭证用于即时校验购买有效性。我们不会获取您的支付卡信息。
2. 我们不收集的信息
- 我们不使用第三方广告跟踪或分析 SDK。
- 我们不收集设备精确位置信息。
- 我们不读取您设备上的照片、通讯录或其他个人数据。
3. 信息的使用

- 提供和维护本应用的核心功能（照片浏览、本地收藏、Pro 购买）。
- 校验 Pro 购买状态以提供下载功能。

本应用不创建账号。收藏数据保存在您的设备本地，您可以通过取消收藏或卸载应用移除本地收藏数据；永久购买由 App Store 记录。
8. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 岁以下的儿童。我们不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

Gallery (“we”, “us”) values your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Gallery application (“the App”).
1. Information We Collect
Usage Data: Favorites are stored locally on your device. We do not create accounts or store user identity for favorites.
Purchase Information: Lifetime Pro purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. When you download Pro content, the App sends an Apple-signed transaction token to our server to verify purchase access. We never access your payment card details.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics SDKs.
- We do not collect precise device location.
- We do not read photos, contacts, or other personal data on your device.
3. How We Use Information
We use collected information solely for the following purposes:
- Providing and maintaining core App features (photo browsing, local favorites, Pro purchases).
- Verifying Pro purchase status for downloads.
- Improving the App experience and resolving issues.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure cloud servers and transmitted via encryption (HTTPS). We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except when:
- Required by law or regulation.
- Necessary to protect our legitimate interests.
- You provide explicit consent.
6. Photo Library Permission
When a Pro customer downloads a photo, the App requests access to your photo library to save the image. This permission is used only when you explicitly initiate a download. We do not access your photo library in the background.
7. Data Control
The App does not create accounts. Favorites are stored locally on your device, and you can remove them by un-favoriting photos or uninstalling the App. Lifetime purchases are recorded by the App Store.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
